We have been installing Bago-line Rack Ovens for over 30 years.
Their success can be put down to the build quality and longevity of the ovens with some ovens still being used today, 25 years after we installed them.
They are also versatile with options from single to four rack capacity and heated by gas, oil or electric. There is even a ‘tall model’ giving extra capacity without increasing the critical footprint.
Other features such as highly efficient steam even at low temperatures, BQS rapid steam evacuation system, double glazed heat-reflecting door glass, door locking at 2 points and specially developed lifting hinges all ensure trouble free quality baking.
